Welcome to the Spire of Completion’s 100% achievement guide for Carnival Massacre, a survival horror game featuring 9 achievements.

Roadmap

Step One (2 hours)

• Familiarize yourself with the map, puzzles, and enemy types.
• Unlock all missable achievements.

Step Two (1 hour)

• Complete the game with an S Rank.

Story Achievements

Challenge Achievements

Unlock all 8 other achievements. The Golden SMG is located in the Lost & Found by the entrance:

Complete the game with an S Rank by meeting the following requirements:

• Finish the game in under 60 minutes.
• Do not save more than once.
• Do not use more than three healing items.

These conditions may sound difficult at first, but the game can be easily completed in less than 30 minutes by following the Speedrun Walkthrough listed below. Use the following weapons for each enemy type:

• Normal Enemies: Carnival Shotgun
• Royale Armour: Handgun
• Lungs & Legs: SMG (Lungs) and Handgun (Legs)
• Nutcrackers: Sniper Rifle

You can spend as many Coins on supplies as you like, as this does not affect your rank.

Missable Achievements

Examine the donuts in the Diner at the beginning of the game:

Pick up the Camera in the sewers leading to Pebble’s Wonderland:

Equip the Camera and take a photo of an enemy to stun it.

During the Lungs & Legs boss fight in the Circus Tent, dodge a bullet from Lungs so it hits Legs.

Speedrun Walkthrough

• Leave the Diner, cross the bridge, and reach Pebble’s Wonderland through the sewers.

• Pick up the Carnival Shotgun in the first Save Room.
• Pass through the Men’s Restroom to the sewers.
• Take the Valve Wheel, then follow the tunnel to a ladder and climb up.
• Drain the water with the Valve Wheel.

• Make your way through the Tunnel of Love and pick up the Handgun in the Save Room.
• Turn the cranks 1-3-4 / 2 / 2-4 in the Theatre Machine Room, then take the Automaton Arm.
• Enter the Storage Room next door and take the Bird Key.

• Use the Automaton Arm on the automaton in front of the Royale Manor.
• Board the train cart and defeat the Royale Armour boss.

• Find Chloe, leave the Royale Manor, and pick up the Sniper Rifle from the gate.
• Use the Bird Key to enter the building in the southwest, then pick up the SMG.

• Enter the first wagon in the Circus and unlock the showcase with the code XCAIC.
• Take the Handsaw and use it on the box in the Circus Tent.
• Defeat the Lungs & Legs boss.

• Enter the Ice Arena and open the door to the Rental Counter with the code 4451.
• Pick up the Ice Skate, then defeat the Nutcrackers.

• Ride the elevator behind the Ice Arena down, take the Flamethrower, and defeat Pebble.
