About the Spire

Welcome to the Spire of Completion! I’m Hannes, and I published my first guide back in 2017 in my one-room university apartment. Since then, I’ve contributed 170 achievement guides and walkthroughs to the Steam Community, helping half a million users complete games like Viewfinder, The Talos Principle 2, This Bed We Made, Terminator: Resistance, and Silent Hill 2.

While I specialize in adventure, puzzle, and survival horror games, I’m also experienced in guiding Souls-likes, walking simulators, and programming games. Point-and-click adventure games, however, have always held a special place in my heart – ever since I borrowed the first Black Mirror game from my local library and immersed myself in its fascinating gothic ambience and mysterious story. Although a lot has changed over the years, my passion for exploring unfamiliar worlds and their secrets has stayed with me.

When I’m not writing guides, you’ll usually find me vibing at a concert or festival, participating in playtests (alpha-tested We Were Here, The Sinking City 2, and Escape Academy), or curating games for the Achievement Scouts community.

Since 2025, the Spire of Completion has been home to my latest achievement guides and walkthroughs. Each guide is crafted with passion and designed to help you ascend to 100% as quickly and effortlessly as possible. Skip the search across multiple websites and find everything you need to know about achievements, secrets, and collectibles in one place.

See you at the top of the Spire, fellow completionist!
